Richard WindischRichard Windisch Richard Windisch is an associate in Wicker Smith’s West Palm Beach office, focusing primarily on commercial litigation, retail, transportation, and construction matters. Mr. Windisch graduated from the University of Texas in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biochemistry. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2020. While in law school, he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy, and was a President’s Scholarship recipient for all six semesters. Mr. Windisch is admitted to practice in both Florida and Texas, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Additionally, he holds a license with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
