Loredo is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Naples office where he focuses his practice on medical malpractice, nursing home & assisted living, premises liability, product liability, and professional liability. Mr. Loredo earned a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in 1995 with a major in Psychology. He then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2001. While in law school, Mr. Loredo served as an Associate Justice for the Honor Court and as Chief Advocate for the Moot Court Executive Board, and Mock Advocacy Team and was named in the 2001 edition of Who’s Who in Legal Studies. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Loredo holds a Masters in Psychology from California Coast University and a Doctorate in Human Resources and Business Management from Columbus University. Mr. Loredo began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, in Brevard County, Florida. From there, he entered the realm of private practice, working with multiple prominent law firms in South and Central Florida where he represented defendants in the areas of medical malpractice defense, dental malpractice defense, premises liability defense, personal injury defense, professional liability defense, nursing home defense, and product defect defense. Mr. Loredo is also experienced in the areas of maritime law, Municipal Law and Department of Health/ACHA Administrative Hearing proceedings. He has tried many cases to verdict.
