Biography

Rachel W. McCreary is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Melbourne office handling medical malpractice, automotive, civil litigation, premises liability, product liability, construction, product liability and real estate litigation.
In 2008, Ms. McCreary graduated from the University of Central Florida with a major in Microbiology & Molecular Biology and a minor in Psychology. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. McCreary worked as a trial lawyer at a personal injury firm where she handled catastrophic injury, wrongful death, negligent security, liquor liability, automobile accidents and premises liability. Ms. McCreary clerked her way through law school whilst being an active member of several prestigious student law organizations and volunteer.
Ms. McCreary was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2013 and is an active member of the Florida Bar, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and Miami-Dade Justice Association.
