Paul Brown

Paul Brown is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Tampa office where he works in a variety of practice areas, but primarily premises liability and automobile negligence.

Paul attended Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology in 2018.  He then continued on to Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2023, graduating cum laude. At Nova, he received a Book Award in Trial Advocacy; was in the Top 4 Moot Court Intramural Competitors; and sat on the general board of the NSU Trial Association as one of two members under Vice President of Internal Operations.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an associate in 2024, Paul assisted as a legal intern at a South Florida full-service defense litigation firm where he collaborated with supervising lawyers within different fields of law, including PIP and Home Owners on defense strategies.

Outside of practicing law, Paul enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
