Nicolle DieguezNicolle Dieguez Nicolle Dieguez is an Associate in Wicker Smith’s West Palm Beach office, where she focuses primarily on Healthcare and Professional Liability matters. Ms. Dieguez holds a degree in Political Science from West Virginia University, and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. While at NSU, she was the Team Captain of the Moot Court Healthcare Transactional Law team, a staff member at the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, Student Bar Association Representative, and a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She also served as a Research Assistant conducting research on such topics as human rights, constitutional law, and criminal law for comparative law journal publication articles. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Dieguez worked as a Prosecutor for the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. While at the Prosecutor’s office, Ms. Dieguez managed a high-volume felony case load and tried more than a dozen cases to verdict.
