Nicholas A. Palomino is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith where he focuses his practice on medical malpractice matters.
In 2015, Mr. Palomino graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He continued his studies at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and went on to receive his Juris Doctor in 2018, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Palomino served as Senior Associate for the Nova Law Review and as an active member of the Nova Moot Court Society and Nova Trial Association. He was also awarded the CALI Book Award in Products Liability and was a finalist in both a national Moot Court Competition and a national Mock Trial Competition. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Mr. Palomino served as a law clerk at a South Florida trial firm where he handled catastrophic injury and nursing home litigation cases.
Mr. Palomino was admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2018 and is an active member of The Florida Bar and American Bar Association. When not practicing law, Nicholas enjoys sports, exercising and being a devoted Miami Hurricanes fan.
