Martha Fajardo-ArellanoBiographyMartha Fajardo Arellano is an associate in the Sarasota office where she focuses on general liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters. Martha graduated from the University of North Texas in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrative Studies and a minor in Spanish. She then attended Ave Maria School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2024. While in law school, Martha was President & Treasurer of the Latino Law Student Association and an active Moot Court member. Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an attorney in 2024, Martha served as a dedicated law clerk with the firm assisting in premise liability and medical malpractice cases. During her last semester of law school, she also had the opportunity to do pro bono work in the low-income tax clinic with Florida Rural Legal Services.
