Marshall E. McKinstry, a native of Fort Worth, Texas, is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office where his practice focuses on civil litigation and medical malpractice.
In 2014, Mr. McKinstry graduated from the University of Florida with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Classical Studies. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2017. While in law school, Mr. McKinstry was a Dean’s List scholar each year and earned the Book Award in Legal Drafting. He also served as a Patent Fellow with the University of Florida Office of Technology Licensing, where he reviewed new inventions and drafted reports detailing whether the University should apply for a patent.
Mr. McKinstry was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2017 and is a member of The Florida Bar. While not practicing law, he enjoys traveling and playing golf.
