Mark Bain

Mark B. Bain is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith, working primarily on professional liability, healthcare, transportation and products liability matters.

Mr. Bain received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Dayton, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2021.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2022, he worked at several other firms in the greater Miami area. He has worked in the medical malpractice area on both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s side, and also has experience in first-party property litigation, as well as general and product liability.

In his free time, Mr. Bain enjoys running, playing soccer, attending live music events, and trying new restaurants.
