Mark A. CavinsBiographyMark A. Mark holds an Associate’s Degree from Brevard Community College and Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida with a minor in Criminal Justice. He attended law school at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, where he earned a Book Award in Environmental Ethics. Admitted to the bar in 2016, Mark has worked on both the plaintiff and defense side of the aisle throughout his career. As a young lawyer, he spent six years working in the office of a sole practitioner in Brevard County, handling personal injury cases from start to finish. He later transitioned to a defense firm in the area, where he honed his skills in discovery, motion practice, and pre-suit defense. He joined Wicker Smith in 2025.
