Marissa de los Reyes is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office where she focuses her practice primarily on premises liability, medical malpractice, commercial litigation and civil litigation matters.
In 2015, Ms. de los Reyes graduated from the University of Central Florida with a major in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice. From there, she attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2018. While in law school, Ms. de los Reyes received a Book Award for the highest grade in Legal Writing and came 1st place in the 2018 International Chamber of Commerce Vis Pre-Moot competition In addition, she was also a Senior Research Editor for the Florida Law Review, Captain of the Willem C. Vis Moot International Commercial Arbitration Team and an Ambassador for the Introduction to Law School Program. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2018, Ms. de los Reyes served as a Teaching & Research Assistant, a law clerk for a full-service law firm and a Legal Extern for the Public Defender’s Office, 4th Judicial Circuit.
Ms. de los Reyes is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is an active member of The Florida Bar and Leadership Jacksonville. Outside of practicing law, Marissa enjoys traveling, fitness, and outdoor activities such as hiking and playing volleyball.
