Luc Mazzini IIBiographyLuc C. Mazzini II is an associate in the Wicker Smith’s Orlando office where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, transportation liability, and professional liability matters. In addition to representing clients in complex insurance cases, Mr. Mazzini has experience representing clients, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in complex commercial and business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, post-judgment collection actions, construction defect claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and other business torts. Mr. Mazzini was born and raised in Naples, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Psychology from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where he earned the Pro Bono Distinction for completing over 100 hours of pro bono work. During law school, Mr. Mazzini clerked for the Honorable Ronald W. Flury at the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida and served as a Certified Legal Intern in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. He was an active member of the FSU Law Mock Trial Team and the Phi Alpha Delta Mock Trial Team. Between the two mock trial teams, he participated in six national competitions, four as an advocate and two as a coach. Mr. Mazzini served as a board member on the FSU Law School Council and was as a member of the Business Law Society; Intellectual Property Society; Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society; and the Student Bar Association. Mr. Mazzini is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar and serves as a board member of the Seminole Club of Broward County.
