Lindsey Freeman

Lindsey E. Freeman is a partner in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office, handling matters in premises liability, medical malpractice, general liability defense and insurance coverage disputes.

Born and raised in DeLand, Florida, Ms. Freeman received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Cum Laude from the University of Florida. Ms. Freeman continued her education at the St. Thomas University School of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, she served as Vice President of the Moot Court Board, was a member of the Mock Trial Team and the Peter T. Fay Inn of Court and also worked as both a Certified Legal Intern for the Department of Children and Families and a law clerk for a civil litigation firm.

Ms. Freeman is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
