    Kevin R. Gowen, II is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office handling matters involving commercial litigation, retail and transportation.

    In 1996, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies from Emory University and in 2004 he received a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Gowen received a Book Award in Comparative Law. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, he worked at a firm that specializes in commercial litigation where he handled creditors’ rights, products liability, consumer law defense, and class action matters.

    Mr. Gowen is admitted to practice law within The State of Florida and is an active member of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, and Commercial Law League of America.
