Kamila FernandezKamila Fernandez Kamila Fernandez is an associate attorney in the firm’s Miami office where she focuses her practice on premises liability and commercial litigation. She received her juris doctor in 2022 from Florida International University College of Law where she graduated cum laude, a Dean’s List scholar and awarded the Murray A. Greenberg Prize in Local Government Award. Prior to law school, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, summa cum laude. While in law school, Kamila was very active in school organizations, which included being a Student Ambassador, Vice President of the Criminal Law Society, Secretary of the Disability Rights Law Association, Student Government Association Representative of the Student Bar Association and Events Coordinator of the Graduate and Professional Student Committee. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Fernandez served as a legal intern for the City of Miami Beach City Attorney’s Office and Miami-Dade County School Board Attorney’s Office.
