Joyce A. Delgado is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Wicker Smith where she focuses her practice on civil litigation and medical malpractice matters.
Ms. Delgado graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies along with a minor in International Affairs in 2014. She continued her studies at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she earned a Juris Doctorate in 2017. While in law school, Ms. Delgado served as Vice President of the Florida Moot Court Team and competed in many legal competitions where she earned 1st place in the 25th Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition and Best Oralist in the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Final Four, judged by the Florida Supreme Court. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, she served as a Legislative Scholar for the Florida House of Representatives.
Ms. Delgado is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is an active member of The Florida Bar. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys yoga.
