Joseph MarzilliBiographyJoseph Marzilli is an Associate in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office where his practice focuses primarily on civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial and construction defense matters. In 2006, Mr. Marzilli earned his Bachelor’s degree from Providence College where he majored in Finance. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2013. While in law school, Mr. Marzilli served as an intern to the Honorable Judge Joan Feeney where he assisted with decisions, drafted memoranda for use in the courtroom, and performed extensive research. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2019, he practiced at another prominent Florida firm where he was responsible for handling civil litigation cases for insurance carriers on behalf of the insured, more specifically in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Mr. Marzilli is admitted to practice in Florida and Massachusetts. He is a member of The Florida Bar, The Massachusetts Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Biography
Joseph Marzilli is an Associate in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office where his practice focuses primarily on civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial and construction defense matters.
In 2006, Mr. Marzilli earned his Bachelor’s degree from Providence College where he majored in Finance. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2013.
