Jon Prusinowski

Jon Christian Prusinowski is an associate in the Orlando office of Wicker Smith, where he focuses primarily on premises liability and transportation matters.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Mr. Prusinowski served as a Criminal Defense Attorney for the Office of the Public Defender for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit and as a plaintiff’s attorney for a Florida law firm where he handled first-party and third-party property claims as well as auto glass claims.

Mr. Prusinowski received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University, graduating cum laude. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law where he also graduated cum laude. While in law school, he served as an editor for the Barry University – Environment and Earth Law Journal. Mr. Prusinowski then went on to receive his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies with high distinction from Liberty University School of Law.

In his spare time, he enjoys going to the beach and visiting new restaurants.
