Jeremy Green is an Associate in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office where his practice focuses primarily on construction, commercial, and aviation litigation.
In 2014, Mr. Green graduated from Florida State University where he majored in Business Management. He continued his studies at FSU to receive his Juris Doctor in 2017 where he graduated with honors. While in law school, Mr. Green received FSU’s Business Law Certificate, a program that signals advanced training and education in a set of core areas: publicly traded corporations, closely-held businesses, corporate finance, law & economics, and taxation. He participated in FSU’s Business Law Clinic, learning valuable skills in legal negotiations, contract drafting, risk-assessment, and legal ethics while advising business and social entrepreneurs within the FSU community. The highlight of Mr. Green’s experience in the clinic started with a trademark infringement claim against his client, and ended with a successfully negotiated buyout by a multi-national corporation.
Mr. Green was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2017. He is an active member of The Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association, and American Bar Association. When not practicing law, Mr. Green enjoys golf, fishing, wakeboarding, and trap & skeet shooting.
