Jamie O’NeillJamie O’Neill Jamie M. O’Neill is an associate at Wicker Smith’s Miami office, where she focuses on first party property insurance defense and estate and probate litigation. Ms. O’Neill received a Bachelor of Science cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2011, with a major in Legal Studies. Subsequently, she attended St. Thomas University School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2019, and distinguishing herself on the Dean’s List in both 2016 and 2019. While in law school, Ms. O’Neill served as Editor-in-Chief of the St. Thomas Law Review. She published a commentary in the St. Thomas Law Review, Volume 30, Spring Issue. As a competing member of the Mock Trial Team, Ms. O’Neill was named Best Advocate at the Florida Justice Association Competition in 2017. Ms. O’Neill initially joined Wicker Smith in 2018 as a law clerk, clerking for approximately one year before leaving to study for the Florida Bar. Ms. O’Neill is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar. She is also a member of both the Dade County Bar Association and MDFAWL. Ms. O’Neill received a Bachelor of Science cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2011, with a major in Legal Studies.
