Jacob S. Gordon is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Tampa office where he focuses his practice primarily on medical malpractice, construction litigation, premises liability and personal injury matters.
Mr. Gordon earned his Bachelor’s with a major in Criminology and minors in Sociology and Computer Science from Florida State University in 2013. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2016. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2019, Mr. Gordon served as an Assistant State Attorney for the State Attorney’s Office in the Sixth Judicial Circuit. As a prosecutor, Mr. Gordon handled misdemeanors and felonies and tried 20 jury trials.
Mr. Gordon is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is an active member of the Florida Bar Association, Young Lawyer’s Division. While not practicing law, Mr. Gordon enjoys playing water polo and basketball, traveling with his wife, going to the beach with his dog, and shopping at Costco.
