Howard Waldman, a native of Woodbury, New York, is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office where his practice focuses on civil litigation, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.
In 2005, Mr. Waldman graduated from the University of Florida with a major in Telecommunication and a minor in Business Administration, graduating magna cum laude. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Waldman handled Labor Operations for the National Football League, specializing in the administration of player contracts and the Salary Cap. Upon deciding to become an attorney, he earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2017, graduating summa cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Waldman was a member of the Law Review and the Moot Court Competition team. Additionally, he was a Research Assistant for Professor Taylor Simpson-Wood, he was a finalist in the First Year Moot Court Competition, and he was a student member of the George C. Young American Inn of Court.
Mr. Waldman was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2017 and is an active member of The Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Association. When not practicing law, he enjoys watching Florida Gator football and spending time with his wife and son.
