Eva Graham

Eva Marie Graham is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Jacksonville office where she focuses her practice primarily on commercial litigation, general liability and transportation matters.

Eva served as a Founding Partner for a global boutique firm where she handled complex commercial issues for corporations prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2024. She brings a wealth of experience to the firm with expertise in interpreting and negotiating complex transactions with multi-party interests and in personal injury, first party property, and breach of warranty claims. Eva is also skilled in arbitrations, with a nearly undefeated record. She attended Rollins College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, graduating in 2012. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.

Eva is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Outside of practicing law, she enjoys outdoor activities such as traveling, sailing, and horseback riding.
