Elizabeth Salinas is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office where she focuses her practice on legal matters involving general negligence and premises liability.
Ms. Salinas earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and a minor in Psychology from Florida State University in 2009. She continued on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law in 2014. While attending law school, Ms. Salinas worked at the Legal Aid Foundation of the Tallahassee Bar Association and then for the Public Interest Law Center. She was also an active member of the Women’s Law Symposium, Student Bar Association and Tallahassee Bar Association throughout law school. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2018, she practiced as a Florida State Attorney and Public Defender handling criminal prosecution and defense; she litigated in dozens of jury trials, hearings and motions.
Ms. Salinas is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and is an active member of the Florida Bar.
