E. Caroline Fitzsimmons is an associate in Wicker Smith’s West Palm Beach Office where she focuses her practice on civil litigation, automotive and premises liability matters.

In 2014, Mrs. Fitzsimmons graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a major in Anthropology. She then received her Juris Doctor from Florida State University in 2017, graduating with honors and receiving the Business Law Certificate with high honors. While in law school, Mrs. Fitzsimmons was granted the Elder Law Book Award, acted as the Articles Selection Editor for the Florida State University Business Law Review, and represented the FSU College of Law as a Student Governor for the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Law Student Division. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2017, Mrs. Fitzsimmons served as an intern to Justice Ricky L. Polston of the Florida Supreme Court where she assisted in drafting memoranda for determinations of jurisdiction and researched legal issues in pending cases. Mrs. Fitzsimmons additionally served as an intern to the Honorable Judge Robin L. Rosenberg of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida where she participated in legal research and assisted in drafting proposed orders regarding pre-trial motions.

Mrs. Fitzsimmons was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2017 and is an active member of the Florida Bar. When not practicing law, she enjoys building gaming PC’s, and recreating culinary recipes seen in her favorite movies and television shows.
