Daniel Piscottano

Daniel P. Piscottano is a partner in the Miami office of Wicker Smith where he focuses his practice on civil litigation, medical malpractice and premises liability matters.

In 2012, Mr. Piscottano graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans with a major in Economics. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from The University of Miami School of Law in 2017, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, he was a Dean’s Merit scholar and also presented with a CALI Award of Excellence in Health Rights Clinic. In addition, Mr. Piscottano served as an Articles & Comments Editor on The International and Comparative Law Review. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Mr. Piscottano worked in payroll and accounting for one of North America’s largest banks.

Mr. Piscottano was admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2018 and is an active member of The Florida Bar. While not practicing law, Mr. Piscottano enjoys playing hockey.
