Daniel Martinez is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith where he focuses his practice on automotive, premises liability and civil litigation matters.
Mr. Martinez graduated from Florida International University with his Bachelor of Science degree in 2011. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2017. While in law school, Mr. Martinez served as the President to the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) Student Chapter and a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. Before being elected as President of CABA at Nova, Daniel served as Vice-President and Secretary and was also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Martinez worked for several years in asset management where he was consistently recognized as a top performer.
Mr. Martinez was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2017 and is an active member of The Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association and Cuban American Bar Association (CABA). He is also fluent in Spanish and enjoys spending time with his family and running.
