Daniel LombaDaniel Lomba Daniel J. Lomba is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith, where he focuses primarily on Medical Malpractice, Retail and Commercial Litigation matters. Mr. Lomba graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University in 2018 with a degree in Sports Management. He continued his education at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2022. Mr. Lomba is the founder of Separation Sports, LLC, a business that he started while in law school. Since its inception in 2020, he has negotiated over $250,000 in client contracts for the Canadian Football League, as well as secured numerous NIL endorsements for athletes in both the NFL and CFL. He also spent time as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Judge Thomas J. Coleman in the Broward County Circuit Court, working on criminal matters; and as law clerk at a transactional firm in Fort Lauderdale, where he gained experience in contracts, trademarks, and landlord tenant issues.
