Cohen is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office where he focuses his practice in commercial litigation, construction defect, products liability issues, retail matters, and transportation cases. Mr. Cohen graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He continued his education at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law earning a Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2020, where he was a member of the Nova Trial Association and Moot Court Society. Mr. Cohen served as Executive Editor of Volume 44 of Nova Law Review and held an internship with the Honorable Judge Bruce E. Reinhart, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Additionally, he placed on the Dean’s List for six consecutive semesters throughout law school. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, he worked as a law clerk for a year at a regional firm assisting on cases involving business litigation, franchise law, and intellectual property.
