Christopher EarleChristopher Earle Christopher Earle is an Associate in Wicker Smith’s Jacksonville office where he focuses his practice on medical malpractice, premises liability, and transportation matters. Christopher’s prior litigation experience includes representing banks and mortgage servicers with a law firm focused on meeting the legal and operational needs of financial sector clients. Christopher also spent two years as a trial attorney with the Office of the Public Defender, Second Judicial Circuit. While there, he represented clients on charges from second degree misdemeanors to life felonies, resolving cases via jury trial, plea bargain, and alternative sentencing. Christopher obtained Not Guilty jury verdicts in both Leon County Court and the Second Judicial Circuit, and successfully argued the overturn of §316.2045 (2020) as an unconstitutional freedom of speech restriction. He received his Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School in 2017 and earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics from Wake Forest University, graduating summa cum laude in 2014.
