Chelsea Ellis is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Jacksonville office where she focuses her practice on matters involving civil litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability and workers’ compensation.
In 2014, Ms. Ellis graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama where she earned a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics. She continued her studies and earned her Juris Doctor from the Alabama School of Law in 2017. While in law school, Ms. Ellis was selected to serve as the Lead Articles Editor of Alabama’s Law and Psychology Review. She was also a member of the Dorbin Association, and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Ms. Ellis also simultaneously worked at Wicker Smith as a law clerk in her same areas of practice during her second year of law school.
Ms. Ellis was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2017 and is an active member of the Florida Bar – Young Lawyers Division and the Jacksonville Bar Association. While not practicing law, Chelsea enjoys traveling, watching Alabama football, and spending time with her loyal golden retriever, Mike.
