Avery DyenAvery Dyen Avery Dyen is an associate in the Orlando office of Wicker Smith. Ms. Dyen graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of South Florida in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History with minors in history and psychology. While at USF, she was awarded the Research in the Arts Scholarship and participated in a study abroad program in Paris, France. Ms. Dyen was awarded a full merit-based scholarship to attend Florida State University College of Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 2022. While in law school, she was selected to serve as a staff editor of the Florida State University Law Review and the Florida State University Business Review. She also competed on the FSU Law Trial team for 2 years and served as an intramural coach for the team. Avery was a research assistant at the FSU Law Library where she assisted numerous professors with their research. Prior to her admission to the Bar, Ms. Dyen served as Judicial Intern for The Honorable Kevin Weiss of the Florida Ninth Judicial Circuit in the summer of 2020. She was a law clerk at our Orlando office in the summer of 2021 and a law clerk at Ausley McMullen in Tallahassee during her 3L year of law school. Avery Dyen is an associate in the Orlando office of Wicker Smith.
