Audrey Smith

Audrey Smith is an associate in the Tampa office of Wicker Smith, focusing her practice on defense of personal injury, premises liability, general liability, auto negligence, and construction defect claims.

Audrey graduated with honors from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor, with a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy, from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, in 2015. While in law school, she volunteered her time with multiple community organizations including the Pinellas County Schools “Take Stock in Children” Program and Lawyers for Literacy, among others.

Audrey has extensive experience in the world of insurance defense throughout the state of Florida. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, she worked at statewide firms, specializing in the resolution of complex, multi-party multi-million-dollar claims, often representing “target” defendants. She has tried numerous cases to verdict and argued successful Motions for Summary Judgment and Motions to Dismiss.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their two cats, Cornelius and Chubbo. As a blue ribbon winning cross-stitcher, Audrey enjoys many of the needle arts, including cross-stitch, crewel embroidery, crochet, and quilting.
