Ashley HollingsworthAshley Hollingsworth Ashley L. Hollingsworth is a partner in Wicker Smith’s Jacksonville office. She focuses her practice in automobile negligence, premise liability, nursing home, and assisted living facility matters. In 2007, Ms. Hollingsworth graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Arts and Science in Political Science with a minor in Anthropology, focusing in culture trends and backgrounds, from University of Hawaii at Manoa. She then continued her education at the Florida Coastal School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2013 with a certificate in Advanced Legal Research, Writing, and Drafting. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Hollingsworth held a senior attorney position at a regional tax company where she handled cases related to tax compliance law throughout various states. She also was an associate attorney to a family law office representing clients in dissolution of marriage, child support, paternity, domestic violence injunction, and dependency cases. Previously, she served as an assistant public defender in the Law Office of the Public Defender, 17th Judicial Circuit gaining recognition for three consecutive Not-Guilty jury-trial verdicts, where she defended misdemeanor cases up to second degree felonies. Ms. Hollingsworth has been admitted to practice in the State of Florida since 2013. She is member of the Jacksonville Women Lawyer Association.
