Ashley Genoese

Ashley Genoese is an associate in Wicker Smith’s West Palm Beach office where she focuses her practice on premises liability, professional liability, automobile negligence, and wrongful death matters.

Ms. Genoese earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from the University of San Diego and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. As a law student, she served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy courses, was Executive Managing Editor of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy, and placed on the Dean’s List each year. As an undergraduate student, she also published a thesis about Millennials as consumers and studied abroad with Semester at Sea in 2014.

Prior to becoming an attorney at Wicker Smith, Ms. Genoese worked as a summer law clerk with the firm in 2018. She also held a summer law clerk position at an insurance company assisting attorneys and staff members with cases involving premises liability, employment discrimination, and construction defect.

Since 2019, Ms. Genoese has been admitted to practice law in The State of Florida and is an active member of the Florida Bar, Young Lawyers Division and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. In her personal time, she can be found pursuing her passions which include traveling to new countries and enjoying visits to Disney World.
