Arlet Gutierrez

Arlet Gutierrez is an associate in the Orlando office of Wicker Smith, where she focuses primarily on retail and transportation matters.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Gutierrez served as an Assistant State Attorney where she represented the State of Florida and the State Attorney for the 5^th Judicial Circuit in the prosecution of criminal cases. While there, Ms. Gutierrez managed a large caseload, and gained extensive trial experience. Ms. Gutierrez received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate degree from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family, friends and dog.
