Alejandro Muñoz

Alejandro Muñoz is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith, where his practice focuses on premises liability, first party property, and general liability.

Alejandro is a double graduate of the University of Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Forest Resources & Conservation in 2021, and a Juris Doctor, also cum laude, from UF Levin College of Law in 2024. During law school, Alejandro completed internships with the State of Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the Alachua Conservation Trust, as well as a term as a summer associate with a firm in Tampa that focused on real estate, land use, and employment matters. He was the General Editor of the Florida Journal of International Law, and the captain of the UF Law Pickleball team.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2025, Alejandro spent a year working at a firm in Tampa that handled commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, and leasing of retail and multi-family properties.

Outside of the office, Alejandro can be found hiking or playing pickleball.
