Agata (Aggie) KuzniarAgata (Aggie) Kuzniar Aggie Kuzniar is an associate in the Melbourne office of Wicker Smith, where she focuses on commercial litigation, products liability, retail, and transportation matters. Ms. Kuzniar attended the University of Connecticut where she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Women’s Studies. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2019. While in law school, she was a Hillsborough County Bar Association Trial & Litigation Section Scholarship Essay Winner and the Articles & Symposia Editor of the Stetson Law Review. Throughout law school, she worked as a litigation paralegal at a prominent Florida insurance defense law firm, making her uniquely situated to represent clients with skill and efficiency. Ms. Kuzniar also served as a law clerk at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Kuzniar served as Associate Counsel for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Board of Veterans’ Appeals in Washington, D.C.
