Anthony "TJ" Orsini

Anthony “TJ” Orsini is an associate in the Tampa office of Wicker Smith, where his practice focuses primarily on construction, commercial litigation, and products liability matters.

TJ graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2022 with a degree in Political Science. He continued on to law school at Stetson University College of Law, where he made the Honor Roll and was the recipient of the William F. Blew Pro Bono Service Award. A talented writer, TJ worked as a teaching assistant in both Legal Research and Writing, and Judicial Writing. He received his J.D. in 2025.

During law school, TJ completed an internship in the family law division of New Jersey Superior Court, and an externship with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Tampa. He joined Wicker Smith as a summer associate in 2024 and became a full-time associate upon his admission to the Floridar Bar in 2025.

When he’s not working, TJ can be found golfing, traveling, or cheering on his favorite sports team.
