Erin M. Diaz Biography
Erin M. Diaz joined Wicker Smith in 2003 and is a partner in the Tampa office. She received her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of North Dakota in 2001 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University, graduating summa cum laude in 1994. Ms. Diaz is a Captain in the United States Air Force inactive reserves and spent four years serving as a registered nurse before attending law school. Her extensive background in nursing has proven to be a valuable asset in her law practice, which focuses primarily on defending physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice and nursing home litigation. She also has a wide variety of experience handling cases involving products liability and general litigation matters.
