Jason Ari Smith Biography
Jason joined Wicker Smith in 2008 and is an associate in the Miami office. He is admitted to practice in the states of Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The focus of his practice includes medical and professional malpractice, premises liability, commercial litigation and civil litigation. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, he worked at a boutique law firm specializing in real estate law and transportation litigation.
Jason graduated cum laude from Tulane University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in both Business Management and Legal Studies in Business. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2007. As a student at the University of Miami, Jason was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and served as the 2006 Negotiation Competition Vice-President.
