E. Holland Howanitz Biography
E. Holland Howanitz joined Wicker Smith in 2007 and is an associate in the Jacksonville office. She focuses her practice on defending claims in matters of general negligence, personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, insurance agent malpractice and construction defect litigation. Ms. Howanitz has represented corporations such as FPIC, The Doctor’s Company, Swiss Re, Physicians Preferred Insurance Company, ESIS and The Medical Protective.
Ms. Howanitz is admitted to practice in the states of Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. She graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2004 and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oglethorpe in 2002. Ms. Howanitz is an active member of The Florida Bar, The State Bar of Georgia and the Tennessee Bar, as well as the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Junior League of Jacksonville.
