Jonathon S. Miller Biography
Jonathon S. Miller joined Wicker Smith in 2008 and is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office.
Mr. Miller practices in both the state and federal courts, focusing on premises and security liability, aviation law, condominium disputes, employment discrimination and commercial litigation. He also has considerable experience researching complicated legal issues and drafting substantive legal pleadings in matters ranging from multi-district and class action litigation to complex litigation in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Mr. Miller gained extensive experience in all aspects of the operation and governance of condominium and homeowner associations, and the resolution of disputes unique thereto. He also served two years as a law clerk for The Honorable Mark E. Polen in the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from U.C.L.A. in 2000, and went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University in 2003.
