John W. “Jack” Smith Biography
Jack Smith joined Wicker Smith in 2006 and is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. He focuses his practice on general liability, medical malpractice, professional liability and products liability.
A native of Del Rio, Texas, Jack graduated from Florida State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He then went on to earn a Master’s in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2005. While in law school, he co-authored an article entitled, Florida’s No-Fault Law: To Set-off or Not to Set-off, That is the Question, 30 Nova L. Rev. 109 (2005) with Professor Mike Flynn.
Jack is admitted to practice in all courts before the state of Florida.
